We get a lot of them.
Everyday.
We send them out, too.
Some of them are ones we need.
Some we were waiting for.
Others are spam and junk and promotional stuff.

If only we can.
But we can’t.
Life isn’t a video game
That you can play over and over again
Or a movie that you can rewind back to the start again.
There is only one direction we can go
And that’s forward.
We cannot go back.
We can’t go backwards.
We can’t restart.
There is no restart.
There is no reset.
Life’s not an audio tape.

We collect collections.
Collections can be anything.
From comics
To video games
To books
To cards
To figurines
And anything else in between.
Collections are fun to collect.
Adding to them feels like a small accomplishment.
Watching them grow and change over time is awesome.
They can also bring about a sense of nostalgia.
You can think about memories of the past from them.

Man’s best friend.
They’re loyal.
They’re playful.
They’re cute.
They’re fluffy.
They come in all shapes and sizes.
Dogs are amazing creatures.
They are our best friends.
They’re our fur babies.
They are there for us when we need them.

It is cold.
It’s freezing.
It’s brick out.
It is cold outside.
It is freezing outside.
It is brick outside.
The weather is not warm.
The weather is the opposite of hot.
It’s not summer.
It’s winter.
It is the season of snow
And the season of ice.
Gotta bundle up to stay warm.

Something something something.
Something’s something.
Something is something.
Something is a something.
Something is some thing.
Some thing is something.
Something is not nothing.
Something is the opposite of nothing.
Something is a thing.
A thing is something.
Something is something.

So it has been a little less than a day or so since I published my debut book on Lulu. All I can say is, who knew it can be a challenge to self publish a book.
I was up for the the challenge, however. I still am. It was my goal to get it self published, and I accomplished that.
The next part is marketing the book. I know that will be a challenge, as well, to market the book.
I do not know where the road will lead next, but I have to just take things one day at a time. That is all we can do.
