the chore of gaming?

Gaming is fun.

I like gaming.

Sometimes, though,

It can feel like a chore.

That’s what I’ve noticed.

It is an active hobby,

So it is understandable why

It can sometimes feel like a chore to do.

You need the energy

And the time

And to be in the mood

To play video games.

When we get older,

We have less time,

And less energy,

And video games can be very demanding

Of our time and attention.

It kinda sucks,

Because there are so many games I want to play

But don’t have the time

Or the energy.
